My name is Subhankar Pal. You can call me  a B.tech Civil Engineer and Motivational Speaker. I am a 'Civil Engineer' by education and profession but I call my self 'motivational speaker' by passion. I have completed Civil Engineering in 2015; basically, I have face lot of problems while I was fresher. I have been mislead many times, for that reason I have decided to provide all kind of information specially for Civil Engineers that's why new comers can establish themselves through a proper, definite goal. My name is Subhankar Pal, a Civil Engineer, Motivational Speaker & Entrepreneur.

I have born in West Bengal. Completed my studies there, after completing my graduation in Civil Engineering, I have joined Tata Steel Ltd as a site Engineer contractual basis.

After that, I started my small business as a Building Planner and Estimator, then I started a YouTube Channel (youtube.com/subhankarpal) to share my knowledge and experience to you also extra income purpose.
